Part Two
Here is part two of subing for a Music teacher. Day two was easier since different classes, but the same lessons. In our school district there are at least 3 classes for each 5 grades. The two 1st grade classes was to teach them how thunder storms could be played with drums and wood instuments. The two 2nd grade classes was to teach them about the differences of pitched and un-pitched insturments. I passed out drums maracus, wood blocks, and trangles. They listened to a song that taught them how to play these insturments together. They did a very good job putting them all together to make music. The 4th and 5th grade classes are working on a Spring program and they worked on three songs that will be used. The two songs are Foot Loose and The Boogie Woodgie Bulguler(mis-spelled) Boy. I told them I would be at the program to see them in the final product. I can not wait.

I didn't realize you are a teacher.
Good Evening Joyce,
Well, it sounds like your second day of subbing went rather smoothly. That is so neat to teach them how music compares to thunder and lightening. I'm glad you enjoyed it and I know you are looking forward to their Spring Musical Program. Take care my friend and have a great evening. May God Bless You and Yours.
