Living In Indiana

First I want to thank Karen of Karen's Korner for the beautiful award. This award asks that a person pass on the must view blog sits that a person has to view everyday. So here are my must view blogs and I want to honor them with this award. Many friends have I made in the short time of blogging. They make me smile, help with the technology of blogging, and great comments on what I have to ramble about.

Chris from Frazzled Farmwife-She and her family raise cattle and hogs in South Dakota and I love learning about that state each time I stop by.

Grandma from Greatfullin-She is a lady that got me started in making a Grateful Journal and lives in the same state I do.

Heather from Laced With Grace- I love this site because of the devotions she writes and each time I stop she says something that thrills my heart.

Preacher's Wife from The Preacher's Wife- I do my daily devotion from this lady. Also, she tells us about herself and her life as a Minister's wife.

Betty from Betty's This and That- She is a new blog friend of my age that make me smile each time I stop by.

Stop by these sites and visit. Leave a comment and enjoy.

Living in the mid west United States brings weather surprises and the past week has been an experienced here in a major snow storm with 10 inches of snow, wind and a temperature below zero. This weekend the temperature went into the 50's and the snow piles started melting. Yesterday we were put under a tornado warning with a temperature in the 60's. Rain started about 8:00 PM with thunder and lighting for 2 hours, stopped for a while and started raining again and still raining with major flooding with closing of schools in 4 area counties. Also, there is a problem with a dam in Monticello that could break. Here on our farm we got about 3 inches and we can make it to town since we have 2 ways to get there. Our school is on a 2 hour delay and we have not heard of any major flooding. It is till raining, but the wind as died dowm.
