Last Thought Before Sleep
I know there are those out there like myself who have to review the day, week, month, year, or even many years ago before falling a sleep at night. Well last night my thoughts returned to the times I was expecting my children. Then the thoughts went to what I craved for each of the three pregnancies. Here goes, for one it was penny bubble gum from the machine, for the second one it was snicker candy bars, at least 4 a day, and the last it was vine ripe tomatoes. My husband had to keep pennies handy, stop at candy machines or buy packs of candy bars, and at odd hours head to the grouchier store and then plant the earliest tomatoes in our garden so I could have fresh tomatoes. What about you, what interesting items did you crave?

Those are some odd things to crave! Mine are a litte odd too....smoked oysters for the first one and chocolate,any kind for the second (and I didn't even like chocolate before that...I still crave it to this day).

I agree with Frazzled Farm Wife, those are some different things to crave. Hmmmm, I can't remember what I craved when I was pregnant with our girls. I think it may have been Chinese and Seafood when I was pregnant with our oldest daughter. My memory has seemed to have slipped some since then. LOL. Sorry, Joyce, I can't relate to that as I've never had children of my own.
At least you didn't crave ice cream and pickles.
I had to have orange crush pop with the second boy.... Had to have.. not sure how many I drank in those months but I had to have!!!!!! With the first one I was living in England and I had to have fish and chips..... YUM!!!!!!!
What a fun post...... I needed a fun post today......
