CPR

This morning I became a Certified CPR individual. Scary in my eyes. I pray that in an emergency I can step forward and assist until the proper individuals get to the scene. I am so glad I get to keep the book. I will have to read it from cover to cover. This past August I applied to our local school corporation to be a substitute teacher and the state of Indiana now requires a CPR certificate for all their substitute teachers.

On the way home I got to thinking about the heart and God. I know that God has a bigger heart than I can imagine. He takes care of my heart 24/7. A few post ago I made comment on not having the right experience for a job I applied for. My heart and my mind got so angry that I almost made myself sick. I was mad at the person who told me I did not have the right experience and then I got mad at God for saying NO. Finally, today I came to the realization that God only has the best in mind for me. I thought I wanted the job. I told myself I had all the classifications needed, not taking in consideration what God's plan for me is. I for one, has a hard time waiting.

Joyce, I firmly believe all things happen for a reason. Not getting the job may have been a big blessing for you.

I hope you never have to use CPR.

Good Evening Joyce,
"CONGRATULATION'S" on getting the CPR Certification. I had to get that once and also a First Aide Certificate when I was a Girls Scout Leader. I know you would do great in helping someone if the need arose. God has a job in store for you. It will be in HIS time and not yours. "THANK YOU" for all the kind words you left for me on my post the other day. It really meant alot to me. Take care my friend and have a great evening. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

...Congrats on the CPR certification. . I always wanted to be a teacher but did not ever get the chance.... I have taught in church for years and may start back this year but always thought I would have loved Jr. High School teacher...
..I used to be the most impatient individual that you could ever meet... Mercy I was terrible... over the years I have learned that when God says No to a door there is such a blessing coming through a window... I am 60 and just have prayed for so long about something in my life that is just now coming to pass..... I am so glad that God does not see years.....
.. Over the years I have learned to take no as a good answer from God as He has said yes on many many times but on a few of those occasions it was not what I thought it would be........... sooooooooooo I am quick to always always finish any prayer with be it according to your will for my life.......... I think in the early years of our Christian life He does that to teach us that He always knows best for us......... I am thankful for the lessons.............
