There are no amount of words to be said how thankful all children are to me. Yesterday I had the previous to assist 3 beautiful women in teaching 7th & 8th grade children who have special needs. I saw beautiful children who by no choice of theirs have brains that are different than mine. I saw these children laugh, smile, learn, dribble and throw basketballs to each other, make baskets, not be afraid to have a big ball thrown to them, and the great joy when they caught the ball.
I have another child I am thankful for and pray for Him as I do my daughters. You have read about James before. He is now in a group home with people He is learning to trust. His education is improving with one on one help when He needs it. The following pray is from Interceding for our Children. This young man fights everyday to understand the anger He has and many other issues.
I pray that JAMES will develop a strong self-esteem that is rooted in the righteousness of Jesus and the realization that they are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus. And I say AMEN.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10

I so agree that Children are a true blessing from GOD. I am so "THANKFUL" that GOD has blessed me with 2 beautiful daughters. I am always amazed to see those Special Needs Children playing and having such a wonderful time. It just blesses my heart. I will pray for James as well. Anger can be a very dangerous thing. I'm thankful for mine, too. Each child is such a unique individual.
All children are precious! I am very thankful that God blessed me with 2 and lots of wonderful friends for my 2 that are like my own too.

I too have a son that is fighting his own demons...... He has been gone from me for 25 years now and he has 3 children that I do not know,, and he is only 4 hours from me..... I have cried all the tears I can cry and have given him over to the Lord.... My heart breaks when i read of others and their precious children... I will pray for your daily...
Joyce - I think that is so precious that you are praying for James. I think that we all should have someone in life to pray for - someone outside our family or friend circle I mean.
