A Friday This Or That

Glad to be back. Hubby had to take the computer to the Technology Doctor. I am so glad it was some thing minor, but I got a message to reactivate my Microsoft XP. I am praising the Lord for the very painless operation it took to reactivate so here I am. I am thankful to be back.

For Christmas our daughters and son-in-law gave Hubby and I tickets to see the Pacers play and tonight is the night. We get to see them play the Nicks. We were surprised and can't wait to see the game. Wil tell you about it tomorrow. I am thankful for children who can surprise parents with gifts that realy count.

New phones can be problems. One of ours will not take a charge. Will have to take it back to the person who sold it and get it taken care of. What did we do before cell phones? I am thankful for new techology toat makes my life easier.

Ditto to frazzled farm wife's comment re: technology! As for your question, in some respects life was simpler w/o cell phones (if a bit less convenient for keeping in touch). I used 'pay phones' when I was 'out and about' and wanted to connect back in the day. I'm glad your computer problems were easily resolved.
