Cleaning Poem
I asked the Lord to tell me
Why my house is such a mess.
He asked if I'd been 'computering',
And I had to answer 'yes.'
He told me to get off my fanny
And tidy up the house.
And so I started cleaning up...
The smudges off my mouse.
I wiped and shined the topside.
That really did the trick...
I was just admiring my work...
I didn't mean to 'click.'
But click, I did, and oops I found
A real absorbing site
That I got SO way into...
I was into it all night. <
Nothing's changed except my mouse
It's very, very shiny.
I guess my house will stay a mess...
While I sit here on my hiney.

Way too cute, Joyce. That's me too. I have to leave the pc off to get anything done...LOL. It is just one little click, then another and another. Rain here AGAIN!! I do have a few daffodils blooming so it is sure to get nice, sooner or later! Hugs!
What a fun poem! Thanks for sharing it today. I’m glad I’m not the only one who ‘ignores’ dust for my laptop ;--)
Hugs and blessings,
Cute.
Hello!
I am in the process of researching for a book I would like to write that addresses ten struggles that Christian women face. I would love to have your input as well.
Thank you for any help you can give me. All I need is the list of ten things as well as your age. Thank you!
Loved the poem, Joyce. I had seen a different version of this.
